At Poke-Collect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
